Maintenance Technician
This position is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations and the physical asset of the property under the direction of the Property Manager. Responsible for assisting with the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Responsible for maintaining electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall replacement/repair,mechanical, and all related systems including appliance repair and HVAC systems.
